Prasanta is the President for Corporate Affairs at TCG. He was at the helm of affairs as a CEO of TCG IBP from 2005 - 2022. He brings with him, more than 30 years of experience in strategy, public policy, corporate and government affairs, public private partnerships, biotech parks and real estate.
Prior to TCG, Prasanta has had a long standing association with the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) serving in various capacities in New Delhi, and Washington, D.C as Head of FICCI, promoting bilateral economic relationship between India and USA. He has also worked in Italy as the Indian Delegate at the UNIDO Investment Promotion Office to boost trade, investments and technology transfer between Italy and India. He was associated with the Planning Commission as a Consultant at the Energy Policy Division.
Chief Executive Officer
Dinesh has more than 38 years of experience in Real Estate, from land acquisition to handover of large residential and commercial developments. He has a wide experience Pan India, majorly across Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Goa, Indore, NCR, etc. He has knowledge on land records, title, approvals, designing, execution, marketing, sales, CRM, after sales. He has been associated with Aditya Builders and DLF before joining TCG 12 years ago. He is the business head for TCG’s Biotech Park, and residential and commercial projects in Pune.
Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing
Vikas has over two decades of experience spanning business development, customer relationship management, and organised retail. He looks after the Sales & Marketing division of TCG – IBP in the capacity of a Senior Manager.
Prior to TCG, Vikas worked with renowned companies in the telecom domain including Nokia, Reliance Infocomm and Tata Tele Maharashtra Ltd, along with leading retail chains of white goods like Vijay Sales. He has also worked with start-ups in consulting for consumer behaviour and retail strategy besides providing key contributions to the Lok Sabha Election strategy for constituencies in Maharashtra.
